Andrews Software, Inc. announces reorganization of leadership positions
Lee Miller joins ASI as President and CEO. Scott Bidwell is appointed Vice President, Sales & Marketing as company positions itself for expansion.
Andrews Software, Inc. (ASI) announced today a reorganization
with its key management positions. Owner Lee Miller, now President
and
CEO has assumed the day-to-day operations, while former General
Manager Scott Bidwell, now Vice President, Sales & Marketing
will oversee new initiatives and business development.
Having recently sold two other businesses, Andrews Records Management and Andrews Destruction Services to Cintas Document Management, Miller states he is ready to devote one hundred percent of his energies toward ASI’s continued growth.
"I have nearly 20 years of industry knowledge and have always enjoyed the challenges of the software world,” says Miller. “I am excited about the opportunity to work solely toward building and expanding upon the dynamic solutions Scott and the team have developed since we started in 1984. Combine my extensive industry experience with the skills and expertise of our knowledgeable Team, and ASI is poised to significantly expand its business.”
Leading the charge for growth is newly named Vice President, Sales and Marketing Scott Bidwell, formerly ASI’s General Manager.
