Online customer support
Reach an ASI technical support team member directly with Online Support, available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00PM EST. To access Online Support:
- Click the button below to launch ASI Remote Support page.
- Once on the ASI Remote Support page, click the “Download Remote Support” button.
- Click the Remote Support .exe file and select “Yes”.
- A pop-up will appear. Select “Accept”.
- Input the requested info and click “Submit” to launch a remote support session with an ASI support team member.
